Hey, We Are The Grove Haus & We Make Beautiful Events Happen.

With over 650 events under our belt in just 5 years, we know what it takes to create great events. The Grove Haus is complete with a beautifully renovated main hall, restrooms, and event suites that ensure your event will be perfect. Questions? Check out the FAQ below to learn all about our space.

Do you do weddings?

We host a variety of weddings, accommodating ceremonies for approx. 150 people and seated receptions for approximately 100 people.

Must I pay in Advance?

We require a deposit of half the total amount due 30 days prior to your wedding and final payment due on the day of your event.

Do you allow children at the Grove Haus?

Children are welcome at the Grove Haus!

Do you have any special offers?

We do not currently have any special offers. Check back soon!

What is your pricing for weddings?

We charge $300/hour for wedding/reception activities, and $150/hr for any time needed to rehearse/decorate/set up the main hall. This includes our PA system, grand piano, microphones, projector, TV, and DVD player. We have pews that live in the room against the wall currently that stay in place.

Do you offer add-on items for events and weddings?

We have tables/chair/black linens for 100 persons, for add on pricing. We have a private bridal suite in the choir loft which can also be rented for $50/hr. Although it is for limited use (1-2 hours) and reception type activities aren’t available up there at this time. We have a basement area too which can be rented for an additional $100/hr.Other rentals:

  • 13-5’ round banquet tables (seats 8)-$3/1 piece
  • 4-8’ rectangle banquest tables- $3/1 piece
  • 10-32” tall, cocktail tables-$2/1 piece
  • 106-white padded chairs-$1/per chair
  • Black or Ivory linens available for all tables- $1/per linen
  • $50 delivery fee

Do you allow alcohol?

 Alcohol is permitted.

Grove Haus currently doesn’t have a bar. It is possible to have alcohol at your public event through a couple different channels. Anyone with a “catering liquor license” and a licensed bartender can provide beer/wine for the event. OR you can obtain a temporary beer/wine permit through the city and provided your own alcohol and license bartender.

You can use outside caterers for a $150 fee.

You will need to purchase “event insurance” if there is alcohol served at your private event.

 

What kinds of events do you book?

We book both public and private events. If you are looking to book a public event here, please provide audio or video of your work. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability.We host any number of private events including:

What is included in your basic room rental?

 Basic Room Rental Includes:

  • Access to Main Hall, Green Room, Upper and lower foyer lounges
  • All Sound and lights
  • Pew seating for approx 40
  • 4 high cocktail tables
  • 1 rectangle table

 

Do you provide sound techs, door bouncers, or ticketing services?

We do provide a sound technician for a $150 fee OR you may supply your own PA and sound technician.

What are the room and stage dimensions?

  • Working stage area – 20.5’width x 16’ depth
  • Main Hall area-39’ width X 35’ long plus 7’ on each side of the stage (approx 1400sq ft)
  • Basement area: 28’ width X 38’ long (approx 1000 sq ft)
